Change Quote in Contract and then refused to refund after 5 day late carrier backed out. The worst experience ever

On December 8th I contacted United Auto Transport to transit my car. I spoke with Alex Garcia who quoted me a price of $350 for the transport and said the car would be picked up within 2 days. On December 10th I received a call from the auto repair shop asking when the car would be moved from their premises. I called Alex to find out the time the tow truck would be coming and Alex informed me that the tow truck driver said he couldn't come until December 12th. I asked Alex why he didn't call and tell me that and he said he forgot. I told Alex I would have to see if the repair shop would allow the car to stay there an additional 2 days. The repair shop said it had to be picked up on the 12th or it would charge me storage fees. Alex guaranteed that the driver would pick it up on December 12th. Alex asked me to complete a new contract online. I looked at what he sent and it had a different price than what I was quoted. I asked Alex why the price had changed and he said he forgot to tell me the driver asked for more money and that was the new price. The afternoon of December 12th the auto repair shop called me and said the car had not been picked up and they were going to charge me storage fees. I called Alex to see why the car had not been picked up. Alex said he did not know and that he thought the driver had already picked it up. Alex told me I should call the driver to see what was going on and gave me the driver Chris' number. I called Chris and he told me he couldn't pick it up on the 12/12 because he had been on the road too long and had to rest for 10 hours so he would pick the car up on 12/13. I told Chris that the auto repair company was going to charge me for storage because he failed to pick the car up on 12/12 as I had been told he would. Chris told me he would call the auto repair shop and explain the situation. I called Alex to tell him about the driver not coming to pick up my car and Alex said it wasn't his fault it as the driver's fault for not calling. I asked him why I was not informed and Alex said he didn't know. About an hour later Chris called me and said he spoke to the auto repair shop and they agreed to keep the car until he could pick it up on 12/13. I called the repair shop and they confirmed he had called and they had agreed for him to pick up the car. About 15 minutes later Chris called me back and told me he was not able to pick the car up on 12/13 because he didn't have a winch on his truck and that I needed to find another tow truck. I called Alex back and Alex said the driver told him that the car might not drive onto his truck. I told Alex I had started the car up myself at the repair shop and watched the tow truck driver drive it on and off the tow truck when he dropped it off at the repair shop and that the mechanic himself had told me he drove the car out of the garage into the parking lot to get it positioned for the tow truck. Alex just kept repeating what the tow truck driver supposedly told him ad I asked Alex how the tow truck driver knew it didn't drive if he never went there and Alex said he didn't know. I asked Alex what he was going to do to remedy the situation and he said he couldn't make the driver pick the car up. I told Alex that was unacceptable and said he could at least refund my deposit since 5 days later my car was in the same position it had been. Alex said no refund was possible. I asked to speak to Alex's manager & Mr. Sanders got on the phone. I told him I needed my car shipped that day and no later because I am scheduled to leave the country at the end of the week and had already been waiting for someone to come get it for 5 days already. Mr. Sanders said becuz I canceled no refund. I told him I canceled nothing.Then he said because the car wasn't drivable that meant it was my fault so no refund. I told him the driver had no way of knowing that.He said I was wasting his time there would be no refund & hung up
