After hearing many stories of untrustworthy Brokers in car transportation, I was very skeptical of service and quality. I requested service on line, and James Sanchez From United Transport was the first person to contact me. He was very friendly and assured me everything would work out. His quote was in line with most others, however many were higher. I chose him for the report we had on the phone and his ability to answer all my questions and fears.
The car was picked up one day late due to the drivers inability to drive over 11 hours per TSA. Fortunately we were able to leave the car with the valet and the hotel and they took car of everything the next day. We had a flight the next day at 7:00AM and would not be able to meet the driver at my daughter apartment as originally scheduled. The car arrived two days early and there was just some confusion as to where the drop off would be but it all worked out and he was on time and there was no damage to the car. My daughter is probably going to be relocating again in a couple years and I will definitely call United Transportation to transport her car if needed.
