VERY disappointed! I had a paid order to pickup my Jeep on Friday, Dec 9th at noon in Gainesville, FL. Today, Saturday 2:30PM and I do not know what is going on. My Jeep was not picked up, no one called me to let me know what is going on. I had to call all over the place and all I got was transfer to somewhere else who also did not give me the courtesy of letting me know what is going on. My daughter had to be in Boca Raton tonight for a graduation party and she is going to miss it because nobody picked up the Jeep in Gainesville and so she has to stay there. Is that fair???? What if it was you mother waiting for???? Would you call her to let her know what is going on???? So, all that I can do, I did. Now it will be up to the BBB and my lawyer and yours. Hope you have a good weekend, NOT.
