In mid-March, my 28-year old daughter relocated to Austin, TX to start a new job on very short notice. She was offered the job on a Friday and had to report for work the following Monday. So, we madly packed what we could fit into her two suitcases and off she flew. But, because her finances were so tight and she didn't own a car, I was in a panic to quickly get my old van delivered to her so that she could save on car rental expenses. I must've talked to a dozen or more auto transport companies. But, Mark Sparks of United Car Transport provided the best customer service by far. He was better informed, more helpful, and more accommodating than any other rep I called. In less than half a day, he found a local trucker within his network who arrived that same afternoon to pick up my van. I barely had time to even catch my breath before the guy showed up. Four days later - just like Mark promised - the van was delivered safe and sound to my happy and relieved daughter. Every step of the way, Mark was there to patiently answer all of my questions (and I had a lot of them). I highly recommend United Car Transport for anyone seeking the best possible vehicle transport company. And, I think the company ought to give Mark Sparks a promotion and a big, fat raise for being so wonderful to customers.
