Bad News

After leaving bad review of United Car Transport, they have replied with a bunch of lies. I never talked to anyone there, but Roman, yet the owner says he talked to me. That is a lie.

Then he says the car I transported didn't run. That is a lie too. I bought a running, driving car, with no mechanical issues at all.

Then he says they only charged me $100, yet my American Express card was charged $350. That is another lie.

This guy will make up any crazy story he wants, just to make me look like I'm a bad guy, or trying to extort money from him. Maybe someone should ask United Car Transport how many times they called me after I left a bad review. Even my boss was getting angry, since they kept calling my work phone.

Dishonest people, plain and simple.

Too bad that we cannot post documentation proving everything we replied with. As we have emails ,phone records and driver's statement. Our customers can see that you are the only one that has a problem with our service. Our name and reputation speaks for itself.
