Ginger was awesome!!! Would use her again. She busted her butt for me. I was a little worried no one was taking the load. She got a driver a state away to pick it up for me cost another $50.00 more but They helped me with the difference. Great customer service. The shipper had traffic issues going to pick up the bike 4 hours late. Then he called me the next day on my way to my house said he would be there in 5 or so hours which I dont know how he could have made it from Jersey to Wi in 12 hours which should have taken 16 hours but I was happy so I changed my Father day plans at the cottage and stayed behind and sent the wife and kids, So I called him when they should have arrived and he said they got 3 flat tires. I wish he would have called to tell me he was 6 hours behind as I would not have wasted my time waiting. so his new time now is when I thought he would have shown up 16 hours later anyways. Well he got another flat and was 2 hours late again. showed up at 11:30 at night.
When they got to my house they had the truck trailer loaded with a huge truck and car. I think it was way over loaded which caused his tires to blow. I was glad my bike was in the back of the pick up!!

Shipping company was great shipper just had bad luck!!!
