Our vehicle was not picked up on the date and time of the contract. Once the date had passed, it was difficult to find a date and time that would work for our schedule. Our original contact, Alex, left the company after we signed the contract, but before the vehicle was picked up. The first person we spoke with after that was incredibly rude. Finally we were put in touch with Gil, he was helpful, but then we were pretty much left with working through the actual trucking company, Armada Auto Transport. Armada's customer service was worse, very abrasive, however the driver, who picked up and delivered the vehicle was pleasant and professional. There was no damage to the vehicle.
