Explained all my concerns as my vehicle was being picked up at Copart (salvage yard), although is was not crashed and still in good condition with minor damage. Amanda was very understanding of my concerns. Vehicle had a deadline to be picked up before storage charges would incur and United Car Transport met those needs. I also had a concern that my vehicle not be damaged due to it coming from a salvage yard. I was extremely adamant about finding a transporter who would respect the vehicle and not the pick up location. I had very HIGH demands and Amanda was so understanding and on the same page as myself. my vehicle arrived on time, no damage and could not express how happy I am with "Aamanda and United Car Transport" I will most certainly use them in the future. AAA+ guys, thumbs up!!!!
