Although most of my quotes were lower than United's I decided to go with them and man I was glad I did. The driver came and picked up my car on the day he was supposed to and did the same for delivery. Yes, one would expect these things when choosing a car transporter, but in this day and age you cannot count on a company doing what you expect them to.

My main contact person was Alex but I did talk to a Tina there a couple times when I called during Alex's lunch break. Either way I was glad to reach somebody in the office and not a voicemail because everyone knows an answering machine cannot answer your questions. I felt very comfortable with Alex from my very first conversation with him and that was the main reason I hired United and not one of the cheap companies. I just felt confident leaving my baby (my brand new Mazda coupe) with Alex and his company.

If and when I decide to buy another car out of state I will surely contact Alex and United Car Transport. They did exactly what they said they would, and that's a rarity these days. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a car shipper.
