I contacted United Car Transport after receiving several offers from an inquiry on the internet. Their quote was very competitive, there were few other companies with the same quote ( and many with higher, up to double) but I felt very comfortable dealing with Mark @ United on the phone.

I ran into several snags along the way that were on my end, had nothing to do with United and Mark was able to help tremendously because of his experience in this field. The driver, Shawn, was very helpful as well in dealing with this. This vehicle was a F350 dually, so not a small or even normal size vehicle but a large, long and wide one. It wouldn't start as I believed and the pickup area was not one that would accomodate the transport truck. These items were worked out with the help of Mark, Shawn and a wrecker driver. Shawn arrived nearly to the minute of the time he had given me 18 hours earlier and he kept in touch during the day as that time grew nearer.

Totally, I was very pleased with my dealings with United, Mark and Shawn. Everything went as I was told and this being my first venture in shipping a vehicle, I had some concerns. The original quote was on the money, the driver arrived as I expected and actually delivered earlier then I expected.

To close, I would gladly use United and Shawn again if I ever need to ship another vehicle, novice or experienced at shipping your vehicle, you can expect a very pleasant experience
