I had been dealing with another broker from 12/14/10 to 12/28/10. I had been assured over and over again that my car would be picked up by the 30th, no worries. After Christmas I called on the 27th to check in. Left email and voice mail, no response. (I was flying out on the 31st) I was in a panic. I was contacted by Roman who worked for United Car Transport and he gave me a quote. Within 30 minutes, I was booked and given the driver's name and phone number. This company saved me!!! I would recommend them to everyone. Roman was professional and helpful, he may never know how much of a burden he lifted from my shoulders.
