I had initially asked another company to do my shipping, but they never got the job done in the allotted time. Thankfully, Jessica N. @ UFA kept calling me and asking if I needed shipping to be done or I would have been stuck in a bad spot paying for extra days of rent and what not's. Overall, I thought everything was done in a timely manner and customer service was great they made sure everything was okay before and after my car was shipped. If I needed to ship my car again I would definitely use them again no questions asked.
