My daughter is a US Marine and her,and her husband needed a second vehicle after recently being stationed in California from North Carolina. My husband and I found her a vehicle but were not sure how to get it to her quickly and cost effectively. We started calling car carriers and they were all pretty close to the same price. Jess at United Freight was AMAZING!!! She is the reason we chose this particular company. She was extremely friendly and helpful. She spent a lot of time on the phone with me explaining the entire process and any and all issues that could possible arise. This young lady bent over backwards to insure that our car was picked up early and delivered in a timely matter. We did have an issue with the delivery but I called Jess first thing Monday morning and I have to say the problem was answered and fixed in 30 minutes!! Unbelievable customer service! I have and will continue to recommend this particular carrier to anybody. Not just this company but Jess F at extension 125 in particular. She is an exemplary employee and second to none! I would go through her again without hesitation! Thank you again Jess. I hope your employer knows the excellent service you provide.
By the way the drivers that picked up and delivered our vehicle were also professional and extremely friendly... was a good experience all around.
