ORIGINAL DATE FOR VEHICLE AVAILABILITY WAS OCT 3, ON OCT 1 I NOTIFIED JESSICA N THAT VEHICLE AVAILABILITY HAD CHANGED TO OCT 1. SHE FAXED ME THE CHANGE FORM TO FILL OUT AND AFTER HAVING RETURNED THE FORM TO HER, SHE CALLED ME LESS THAN TWO HOURS LATER TO TELL ME THAT SHE HAD A CARRIER FOR MY VEHICLE , AND THAT THEY WOULD BE PICKING IT UP EITHER THAT DAY OR THE FOLLOWING MORNING. VEHICLE WAS PICKED UP THE FOLLOWING DAY AND ARRIVED HERE SAFE & SOUND THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY.

ONLY NEGATIVE FOR THIS TRANSACTION, WAS MY BEING TOLD THAT IT WOULD ARRIVE ON SATURDAY. TRIED TO MAKE CONTACT WITH CARRIER AT NUMBER GIVEN, ONLY COULD REACH AN ANSWERING MACHINE, NEVER WAS CAPABLE OF REACHING DRIVER TO FIND OUT WHERE VEHICLE WAS AT A GIVEN TIME. NOT SURE WHERE RESPONSIBILITY LIES ON THIS MATTER.
APPEARS TO BE ONLY A MATTER OF MISCOMMUNICATION.

DRIVER AND CARRIER DID AN EXCELLENT JOB GETTING MY RV HERE SAFE AND SOUND.
