I had booked for car transport from Louisville, KY to Phoenix, Arizona on 27th March and they quoted $845 for transportation and there was no news of it getting picked up from them until 4th march when I had to contact them. It is when they mentioned they will get back to me in another 2 days. On 6th March the person calls me and says that the truck which was to transport my vehicle has broken and he canget another carrier for $150 more for a total of $995. As I needed to get the vehicle very badly I had to agree for this price. Will never recommend the company for any of my friend in future. This experience was after having got good experience with the company in the past.
