My experience was great. The car was actually delivered one day early and arrived shortly after my plane landed. Pickup was pretty much on-time and there was communication maintained through the whole process. The car was in great condition except for being really really dirty, but I'm sure that's typical. Just be prepared to go get a car wash the next day!
