I used their services to have my Jeep shipped from Naperville, IL to Denver, CO. I'm impressed with all aspects of their service right from the quote to the delivery of my vehicle. First off, the quote was competitive. The customer service agent on the phone was courteous and helpful and she patiently described the entire process to me. The paperwork and signing the contract was quick and easy (online/fax/email). I wanted my car to be stored in a secure facility for a week at the destination if it were delivered after a certain date and UFA readily added that clause to the agreement. Once I sent in the paperwork, they were able to find a transporter/truck on the same day. The truck driver picked up my car on time and delivered it to me the very next day. The driver called me from the road to give me a better delivery time and delivered my car on time. The driver was very courteous. There was no damage to the car in transit although it was quite dirty when it arrived requiring a good wash.
I appreciate UFA's professionalism, honesty and customer service. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs their vehicle shipped.
