This is worst of the worst company in market to ship your car. Each and every agent sitting there is a big time scammer. The person with whom I started the deal tried to make me comfortable through out the contract signing process and took $200 as signing amount through cash app. After the signing was done, I waited till the day before the scheduled pick up date and I got a big shock, I called them and I was told that the agent with whom I was working was giving false commitment to their customers and he is fired. Now the driver who is going to pickup my car is asking for $1250. I asked them to cancel my contract as I am not willing to pay more that what was aggreed before and they started reading terms and conditions of the contract. As per them, the prices goes up and if you want to cancel then $200 is the cancellation charge. The agent was really rude and was not ready to listen to anything and was just kept on reading the terms and conditions in the contract.
Honestly, I will never ever suggest anyone to work with this company in future as they are big time scammers and they know all the trick to dupe customers.
