This is our first experience transporting a vehicle cross-country, from California to upstate NY. It was professional and as promised from beginning to end. The customer support and dispatch teams are excellent and available 24/7 Specially Jimmy Kurienn . Their constant contact and information sharing is exceptional. Our car was picked up and delivered on time. We will absolutely use them again when the need arises. Also, their pricing was the best we received during our research. Now that we've experienced their level of service, we'd happily pay a bit more to have the peace of mind they provide
