United exceed my expectation. I have read terrible review of most shipping companies and was so scare of their tactics. I explained my fear to Rick and he assured me of its company’s integrity and I am happy to state that he fulfilled all the promises he made. The price did change, delivery was timely, I received continuous notification of the driver location. Delivery was without any issue, car delivered as received.
All aspects of this shipment were perfect. I am happy that I listened to Rick and engaged United.
I will recommend United particularly Rick. In fact, I am having another vehicle transported from Houston to Brownsville in November.
