Bad Experiences with ULG

I had horrible experiences with ULG. Basically, they tricked me for the business and dumped me after they couldn't get more money. They wasted me 11 days and more than $500 for renting a car with the extra days.
I originally signed up with a company with good credit, then two days before shipping date, Randy, the salesman called me and said that the other company couldn't find a driver, and ULG has a drive now to pick up my car on time. He offered $50 less than the other company. I asked him why the other company can't find a drive and he can, he said that he has good relationships with drivers, and the other company had issues of paying the drivers. I believed him and called the other company for releasing and signed up with Randy. The delivering dates came and went. I called numberous times, and got very unprofessional answers, such as " I will find out what is going on and call you back" or " I will talk to the driver and call you back". Of course, they didn't call me back, and I have to wait for another day. After 5 days, they called me and asked for $150 more. I refused to pay more, because of Randy's promise. We talked several times on the phone of reasoning. The lady in the dispatch got anger and confirmed that I won't pay more, she canceled my order. That was after 5 days that they suppose to pick up the vehicle. There are more storys and lies after. To be short. My vehicle doesn't get picked up as today. This is 11 days after the deliveray date. Randy had this on paper - Suv will be picked up from 8/13 - 8/14. Will be 3 or 4 days for the shipment. Today is Aug.23, my car still stays in the pick up location.
