I WILL NEVER do business with nor recommend this company. Received a quote of $ 450.00 total from Mr.Roberts under the name of Elite Auto, Elite United Auto, Elite Auto Logistics, Reliable-Elite & United Reliable Auto Carriers- Pick one!!!! Contacted them to arrange shipment and specifically verified that $ 450 was the Total & there would be no extra fees. Mr. Roberts assure me that $ 450 was the total since the delivery location was right on the transporter's route. He indicated that I needed to electronically sign doc. he forwarded along with deposit of $150.00. I asked again that $ 450 would be the total cost & would include deposit. Once again he stated that there would be no extra fees due to ease of drop-off location. Only later did I find out that the $150 was a "broker fee" and had nothing to do with the "shipping Quote". When confronted with my displeasure Mr. Roberts indicated I was somewhat of a fool to think I could have vehicle shipped that cheap.(I had recently shipped an F250 from Houston to same drop-off for $700). Be very careful should you happen to use this co. I WOULD AVOID THEM!!!!!
