This was my first time ever having a car transported to me . The experiance was very pleasant, although customer service from United Road could have improved. The main reason I say that is because I found out the car had been picked up when the seller had called me first. The driver of the transporter was excellent to deal with and provided me with an exact delivery time. He picked up on 6/12 at noon and delivered 12 hours later, I definatly wasn't expecting same day service . No damage to the car, arrived in good condition.
