This was my first car shipping experience so in doing my homework I contacted a couple of auto dealers that I know and one of them has used many haulers over the years but would only recommend United Road. The other reference recommended a couple of other haulers. I engaged several haulers for an estimate and although United Road was not the lowest price, the combination of the recommendation that I had and five minutes of talking to Karen M. at United Road and hearing her expertise and honest time esitmations and patience had me deciding that they would be the best hauler for the job needs. United Road picked up the car when they said they would and they even managed to get it delivered a day early to accomodate the very tight schedule of the person receiving the car. United Road tracked the car and gave updates and Valeri was very courteous and helpful all along the way. My thanks to them for handling this process nearly seamlessly.
