We went with this transport company because the cost of shipping the vehicle was well below any other quotes we received from other companies. Their customer service was great to set up the transport (Connie) and average once the vehicle was put into the system for pick up. Tiffany was available when I called with questions and sent one email after call with up dates on my order. She promptly called once my order was picked up by a driver and let me know the pick up and delivery day. Since the car was so close (PA to VA) the delivery was Extremely quick. Same day pick up and delivery :) The driver Chris was Awesome!!!! He called several times with updates on where he was, had the car off loaded in the lot we were picking it up when we got there, turned everything on so we could see it was in working order and pointed out any thing he noticed when he was walking the vehicle. Very personable. A++ Driver.
