This was my first time to secure a mover. I must admit that both my contact person and also the driver himself made this all so comfortable that I will never be intimidated by this again. My driver (George Wagner) made me feel as if my old car was the only one on his load that was important. There were four other vehicles that were also on the load and more valuable money wise than mine. Then my contact person- Crystal Hayden. She really made me feel secure with this. She had all of the answers to my questions herself. She never once said," let me ask someone". She really knows her business and her confidence in herself really is felt. She is in no way arrogant or ,"miss know it all". She just knew the answers. The company itself kept me updated on all progress until the driver contacted me directly two days before delivery.
