Mr Zerbel placed his order on December 3rd, the order was activated on December 6th after origin confirmation that the vehicle was paid for and ready for pick up. At time order was placed customer was given an estimated time frame of 1-7 business days to get a carrier assigned...which was reviewed, signed by customer and returned.
on Thursday Dec 8th, customer called for status
Monday Dec 13th, customer was contacted by UR's customer service department with status on order, still actively looking for carrier
Tues Dec 14th, origin called in, gave status and went over estimated time frames
Wed Dec 15th, on 7th business day after order was active customer called and requested a cancellation of his order...
Customers order was cancelled and full refund was issued.
