Car was delivered on time but to the wrong location. Driver trusted Google Maps vs. verifying correct location BEFORE he unloaded my vehicle. He was 15 miles away and because he was in a hurry with other deliveries, he just unloaded my car in a commercial parking lot before verifying that he was at the correct address. Hello!!! Who delivers a car to a parking lot vs. an address???
Since he had to unload four other vehicles along with mine, he couldn't load me back up and deliver the car to my address, so I had to leave my wife to manage the delivery of our household goods while I found a ride to go and retrieve my car. The driver said his paperwork was wrong regarding my address, but my Sales Order and Receipt said otherwise.
