Having never utilized a Auto Transport before I had no experience navigating through all the larger companies with their own equipment to the brokers who farm out to unknown providers. So I was apprehensive and attempted to gain an quick education. Read some really bad reviews on many. I called United and Laki really took the ball and ran with it, gave me an education and while he didn't have his own equipment available and we had to use one of his contractors he assured me United had worked with this carrier previously and they he was reliable. Having to take a leap of faith I jumped. Outcome couldn't have been better. The carrier ended up being a single car hauler and hot shotted to me overnight from George to Upstate New York. Great driver, very accommodating, and we worked with him for a very early morning delivery so he could get on hi sway to another commitment. I will be shipping this car to Florida in the next few years to its permanent home in the sun and will call United again.
