Early in July this year, on the recommendation of the seller, I arranged with United Routes to transport my car from Portland, Oregon to Austin, Texas. The car was eventually delivered at night, in a WalMart parking lot some 3 days late after multiple calls to their dispatch.
From other reviews, it appears that "night time" delivery often is used to "mask" close delivery inspection. It was not until two weeks later when the car was being serviced on a hoist that fresh and clearly transit damage to the front under panel and bumper were found. After asking for a repair quote, now, 2 months later United Routes continue to are deny any liability suggesting that it is the transport drivers fault and refusing to provide me with a copy of their transit insurance policy. Calls are no longer being answered (despite originally trying to sound concerned as in "I'm talking with tour president right now to discuss your claim etc.). Do not do business with this "boiler room" outfit as they take your money and run!
