Dirty interior

I had a bad experience with United Routes and my car.
The car arrived filthy, both outside and inside. It seems that the
drivers were using my back seat as their bed. When I complained to
United, their response was:

" what should I tell this guy - - - - - -say thanks you received your car in perfect condition some customers are not as lucky as you. "

I wouldn't recommend the experience to anyone else...
