#1 We Never charged the customers credit card anything OUR COMPANY POLICY IS NO-UPFRONT DEPOSITS!...#2 the customer was DOUBLE BOOKED with another company and OUR DISPATCH CANNOT SEND A DRIVER OUT ON THE CHANCE THE VEHICLE WOULD HAVE BEEN PICKED UP ALREADY.... WE ARE AN HONEST AND UP-FRONT COMPANY ....LOOK AT ALL OF OUR SATISFIED CUSTOMERS ... WE DON'T LIE !! WE VALUE OUR CUSTOMERS
