I didn't trust my old Ford Ranger to make the drive cross-country but I couldn't sell it either. That little pickup was gifted to me by my father and he drove it brand new off the lot back in '87. It means a lot to me. I've never had to transport a vehicle before, and to be honest, I was worried.

Those worries were short lived however, due to the kindness and professionalism of the driver. He was a few minutes early the scheduled pickup time and he walked up to greet me at my front door. He had a warm smile and was eager to get underway. We did a walk-around of my old pickup and he made note of pre-existing damage and made sure nothing would be damaged in the loading of my truck on the flat bed.

Delivery was outstanding as well. I honestly couldn't be happier. My pickup arrived in New York in the same condition it left California and it was on time!

United Routes was easy to use and I felt like an honored customer by their staff over the telephone. They answered all the questions I had and even filled me in on details I didn't even think about beforehand! I'll definitely be using United Routes again!
