This was my first time having a vehicle transported. On top of it being the first time, I needed to get my car from Florida to California, so I was pretty apprehensive about the whole process. I submitted my info to a quote site and had many people call me right away; however, they were all conniving and trying to hard sell me with super expensive prices. Most of them gave me a long spiel about them being more expensive because they weren't brokers, and also badmouthed anyone that provided this service as a broker. Some of these companies even had the audacity to give me an attitude when i mentioned other companies that gave me cheaper quotes.

Amidst all of the bad experiences during this process, one stood out as the optimal choice. They treated me with the respect i deserved as a customer and a person. Mark from United States Transport presented himself professionally and tried his best to address my needs in the most polite and efficient manner. He was completely up front and honest about all the fees involved in the process and never once tried to hard sell me or use scare tactics like the other companies. On top of that, he openly admitted he was one of those "scary" brokers that all the other callers had warned me about in an effort to dishonestly get my business.

Everything was set up and clearly explained over the phone. The car was picked up on time and delivered on time. On top of all this, the gentleman who transported my vehicle (Carlos) was extremely nice and funny. The entire experience was enjoyable and i would recommend this company to anyone looking to transport a vehicle.
