After going on-line and filling out a form to obtain transport quotes, and contacting two other companies, Reliable and Curves Ahead, and getting no response, Mark Lajti contacted us. At first I was skeptical. Initially, Mark offered us an open carrier but when I told him I wanted an enclosed truck, he then found another carrier. After talking to Mark and receiving a written order, which included insurance and contact information of the truck company and the driver, we signed an order and the driver showed up as promised. Ihor, the driver was terrific. He took his time, reviewed the car, wrote down the mileage and we watched as he loaded the car onto his 16 wheeler. Ihor advised it would take about a week to go across the country and he would be leaving on Sunday to start the trip. He verified his cell phone number and the destination information and phone numbers. The customer service offered by Mark Lajti was very professional as he called us after Ihor picked up the car and also called to tell us the approximate date of delivery which was when we expected the car to arrive at the destination. I would definitely use them again and would have no problem recommending them to anyone. The experience could not have been better, especially after not hearing back from Reliable and Curves Ahead transport companies.
