I had a great no-hassle experience. This was my first time shipping a car. I shipped from CA to MO. I quickly became immersed in all the sales and marketing communication – websites, emails, and calls. Most importantly, I learned how the agents/brokers and shippers work. I determined that finding a proven, high quality shipper is the key – and it takes a knowledgeable broker to make it happen. As I created my short list from 8 possibilities, I only ended up with 2 that I felt good about. My conversations with Mark were clear and simple. The expectations he set were all met. The transaction happened quickly, there were no incidents with the driver/trip, and the car arrived without harm. Mark did not disappoint.
