Just want honest resolution, at least return calls or respond to BBB bureau dispute, I have no hard feelings just communicate and refund deposit, Aot of problems occured due to my location high expectations on my part, overpromising on quoters part just overall miscomunication. My only problem I am permanently disabled and on a fixed income and would just like my deposit back. Again a lot of people have great results and some do not, my location probably made the differnce and an overconfident Qoute and over promising on a tight deadline. No hard feelings, learning experience just do the right thing and return some if not all of deposit. Again I understand not all transport routes are not equal I do not want to get into blame war, equally responsible and if transportation could have been with more lead time I am sure it would have worked out.
