After deposit was paid, NEVER heard from them

In preparation for having my daughter's car shipped from California to Texas I researched several companies and found Universal Transport the most approachable. Michael Turner answered several of my e-mails each time providing good information and luring me into a false sense of security. He asked for a deposit of $195 to save my reservation and assured me that I could cancel at any time up to 30 days prior for a refund.

I tried to contact the company 2 months prior and ended up e-mailing Michael Turner THREE Separate times and he never returned my e-mail. In addition I also called the companies main number explaining my attempts to contact Michael Turner and requesting that someone, ANYONE please call me back so that I could speak with someone in person.

NO ONE from this company ever called me back, never returned my e-mail, and never delivered my vehicle anywhere due to this! WHAT an UNPROFESSIONAL way to deal with someone that has put their trust in this company. I would WARN everyone to avoid this company
