I contracted with Universal Transport Services INC, in Hallandale, FL to move two vehicles, one vehicle from Northern Michigan and the other vehicle from Albuquerque, NM. The Staff from inception to cancellation was extremely courteous and professional. They were prompted and provided timely updates on the status of securing a Carrier to move my vehicles.
However, I had to cancellation the contract due to a rapid turnaround with an accelerated departure date.
I forwarded a letter of cancellation via email and by FED EX. Additionally I contacted the company and they acknowledged receipt of my cancellation letter and ensured it went to the appropriate department thereby ensure I did not incur any additional charges.
Throughout the whole experience the staff was extremely professional and personally continued to work my request. I will consider using this company in the future and highly recommend them for just the customer service alone.
