Contacted this co. early in June to have my car be transported by July 2. I was clear on that not knowing that they put that date as "first available pick up" which I did not know what it means. But I was clear that I want it to be picked up by July 2. There was no explanation to me that there is a window of 14 days starting from July 2. No explanation about carriers can be delayed and no explanation about the bidding process. They just said my request will be honor. They took my $200 and I had to cancel and they broke their promise to me. They said that that would change the date to June 25 and put my order ahead and on top on the board. Even with that and their promises it was not picked up on July 2. The manager was regardless in manner when talking with me. Misunderstanding and broken promises. $200 is a lot of money. People do choose another more honest and comprehensive and upfront kind of co.
