I filled out a online service and the website sent to a dozen of transport companies asking for quote. I got a lot of replies the second day. It was hard to choose one. So I called several companies with low price first and they never answered the phone. And then I found out universal. Billy called me everyday and left a message every time. ( I was not able to answer the phone. For some reasons, gmail blocks email from univeral, so I did not notice them when I first searched through my email) So I called universal, Billy answered the phone right away, he is very frank and easy to talk. After negotiating a little bit for the price, I decide to use their service. I called on Thursday afternoon to ask the service and my car was picked up by the following Monday afternoon. The pickup drive is a female (I have the impression that truck drive should be tough guys.) She is very nice. She called me first on Monday morning saying she would pick up my car in the afternoon. And then she called me a hour before she arrived. Everything went smooth. It only took a day for delivery. The pickup drive looks like a family of mother with two kids. The older boy (~18yrs）helps the drive. Overall, the drive is very friendly.
