Refund Request - auto never picked up

On August 6, 2013 I paid a depsit of $225 for a transport and was told by Randy Webb that i would be contacted in 3 or 4 days by dispatch to arrange a pick up date. Two weeks went be with no calls from dispatch. I called on August 19 to cancel the order and went thru the proper channels to get a deposit refund( sent a signed request and email request). I am now getting the classic runaround treatment...no one will return my calls or emails and the customer service dept( Anthony Medina and Natasha say that it has been sent to Billing.The are always checking on it but never call me back...I asked for the Manager but Natasha doesnt know his last name - imagine that - not knowing the last name of your boss - What a joke. These people are liars, thieves, and rip off artists. All i want is a refund that is due me...or an explanation of why its taking so long.
