I've transported cars before. This has been by far the best experience I've had. Not only was the cost competitive, but everyone was polite, knowledgeable and responsive. They did exactly what they said they would do and kept me informed every step of the way. There was a minor issue with the trucker but Richard intervened and resolved it without any inconvenience to me. I never met Richard but I felt like I was dealing with a close friend who realized that shipping a car can be an anxiety provoking event. Thanks to Richard I felt absolutely comfortable throughout the entire experience. My car was picked up when I was told it would be and was delivered to my house when they said it would be, in exactly the same condition it was in when it was picked up. It felt like everyone I spoke to at Universal Transport was there to make sure the transport was seamless, and it was!
There is no doubt that when I need a car transported in the future, Universal Transport is the only company I will call, and I will do so in complete confidence.
