Mr. Lopez with Universal Transportation not only quoted me the best rate but he also went above and beyond to meet and exceed my expectations regarding pick-up and drop off. His customer service was extraordinary and he stayed in contact with me, the dispatcher and the driver until my truck was safely dropped off.
