It’s an interesting business and there are so many mixed reviews about all companies, both the brokers and carriers. I was feeling overwhelmed by some carriers insisting no one would take it unless you paid top dollar.
I really liked John, as he was personabale, honest, and super available... even at odd hours like Sunday night. I decided to go with him on instinct that he seemed like a real person. I’m glad I did. The first driver canceled last minute due to an injury and for a second I questioned if it was a scam and I was going to be asked to pay more. Not at all, John was super available and promised he would get another driver ASAP. He followed through right away and had another driver scheduled. The drivers themselves were nice and communicated well. Both the pickup and drop off were late at night but that had nothing to do with the broker (John) and the car was shipped sooner then expected since the carrier had 2 drivers. The drivers were really nice in person and the car was in the same exact condition I sent it in with all my belongings there. Overall it was a success and I would go through John again.
