After believing this other trucking company for over a week I was forced to call another company to ship my car. After talking to Tim at Upbeat I was informed that my car was still posted on some trucking loadboard.They had been lying to me the whole time. They kept telling me that they had a truck in the area and then that the truck was broke down. To top it all off, the other company charged my credit card to secure spot on the truck. I couldn't take no more! I called Upbeat and explained to Tim that it had to be picked up today because I was flying out to my job in Las Vegas. Needless to say ,Tim guaranteed me that it would be picked up within 2 hours. He explained that he would get a local towing company to pick it up. I told him to get it done! Within an hour my car was loaded. i can't explain the relief I felt. The driver John called me in a couple of days and said that he would be delivering my car the following day. Its all good now. I have my car and Im happy thanks to Upbeat! Now I have to call my credit card company and try to get my deposit back that that other company stole from me. When I finish up out here I will be calling you back to take it home for me. A big thanks to everyone at Upbeat, Steve from S&W Towing and the driver John!
