A couple of notes on this transport. 1. The customer signed off on our BOL that there was no damage at delivery. 2. The customer noticed the damage 3 days later. There is no grace period on damage claims. 3. The customer NEVER called our office or me (Tim) to try to get any results. Instead he called the driver and tried to get results through him. 4. We never blamed anyone for the damage as the customer says. 5. We agreed to pay for the wheel repair of $137 and did even though we did not do the damage to avoid a negative review like this one. The customer was supposed to remove it per our agreement with him & the BBB but has yet to remove this one. Do what you wish with this info. We are an Upbeat company that does good business.
