Liars and Crooks Unfortunately the only way to write a review on this business is to click on a star. So I had to click on one but they don’t even deserve 1 star. My experience started when I called V&C Auto Transport LLC because I needed 2 vehicles shipped from California to Idaho. I called and of course they sounded helpful and willing to provide the services I needed. The guy on the phone said I would need to pay a $200 deposit up front to get things started which I promptly did. After we agreed on a pick up date and a total price for the transportation to be completed which he said would be $1,400 total.(Later I would find out that this price was not even realistic) I never received an email confirmation or receipt that I had paid the $200 deposit. The day arrived for my vehicles to be picked up by 10:00am however no one showed up at 10:00 am or at no time at all that day. I waited all day for nothing. I called later that evening because of course no one from the company called to let me know what was happening. The person who I started this whole process with answered the phone, I told him that no one showed up all day to pick up my vehicles. He said he would call the driver to find out what happened and that he would call me back, which of course he didn’t call back that day. After not receiving a call I texted him. He returned my call the next day only to tell me that the driver would need me to pay the driver directly another $200 through “Cash App” so the driver knew that I was “Serious” about having my vehicles picked up! (What??) Anyway I promptly did pay the driver the $200 for him to pick up my cars. A couple days went by and my cars were still never picked up. I would call and text the V&C representative only to be be told that he would call and find out what was happening and that he would call me back which wouldn’t happen until the next day only because I would initiate the communication. After numerous texts, calls, failed promises and lies after lies, saying that he would “check on it” and get right back to me. The representative eventually got back to me and talked me into paying a different driver through “Cash App” again another $150 which I did immediately as I was getting desperate for my cars to get picked up and delivered just for this 3rd driver not to ever show up either. Again I would call and text to try and find out where this driver was just for the Representative to tell me he would check with the driver and “get back to me” which again didn’t happen until I called or texted him a few hours later. When he did answer he said that the driver was on his way but had to stop driving for the day because the driver had reached his 500 mile a day driving limit! (Again, WHAT??) just ridiculous excuses and lies. He promised me that the driver would be there the next morning “early” which guess what happened? You guessed right this third driver never showed up either. I’m now out $550 dollars because I trusted this representative and V&C Auto Transport. I’ve emailed this company 4 different times about getting my money back for services not provided over the last several weeks and I haven’t heard a peep from them or the representative in any way. All I can say is stay from these crooks and liars! Most unprofessional company ever! I am relieved I didn’t send my cars with V&C transportation after all. They probably would have left my cars stranded somewhere unless I paid more money. Anyway I could go on and on with their lies. Whoever wrote a review on this company or left anything more than one star has to be either a friend of the owner or someone who works directly for this company and is trying to boost the reputation of this terrible business. I ended up shipping my cars through “MONTWAY” I highly recommend them. A little more expensive than what I was quoted with V&C but at least they showed up and delivered my vehicles when they said they would. And I actually got an emailed receipt and confirmation number shortly after I paid my deposit. I was able to get updates from the driver “Mike” who was super friendly and professional. Anyway, hope no one else gets ripped off like I did with my experience with V&C Auto Transportation LLC. Stay far away from this business! Crooks and Liars
