This order was not even done, nor booked with us. He wanted to see the contract we instructed him to go to our website and all the contract information was there.
We did not hold anything back from the customer, but unless we receive a deposit we do not send contracts, we inform the customer to go to the website and check out the contract, and afterwards if they wish to book, they can either call us or book online.
People like this make it bad for our business and instead of saying derrogatory things they should say nothing, especially since they have nothing else to do with there time.
