Be Careful!!!

I received a call from Steve after getting a shipping quote from them, was way too eager to get my credit card information. Claimed that they could pick-up my vehicle on Monday (5-days away) and quoted a high competitive price. I agreed as long as the vehicle was not picked up on Monday that I could get a complete refund, we went around this point several times and I could never get a straight answer from him. He keep saying that there would be a “contract” E-Mailed to me, and until they received it back there was nothing binding, but then keep wanting my credit card number to charge it $200.00 so as they could set up the contract. When I finally told him that I would need to see the contract first before I would give out my Credit Card information he rudely said that "Maybe I should get someone else" and hung up!!! I felt from the beginning that it was a scam!!!!!! Be careful!!!!!!

This order was not even done, nor booked with us. He wanted to see the contract we instructed him to go to our website and all the contract information was there. We did not hold anything back from the customer, but unless we receive a deposit we do not send contracts, we inform the customer to go to the website and check out the contract, and afterwards if they wish to book, they can either call us or book online. People like this make it bad for our business and instead of saying derrogatory things they should say nothing, especially since they have nothing else to do with there time.
