We had an antique car transported from NJ to NY. En route the trunk lid blew open and smashed against the roof of the car making the lid unusable. VIP will not make good on it even though they have insurance (or so they say). We had to locate another lid in another state and pay to have it delivered. We will never deal with them again and won't recommend them to anyone.
